Well, we made a server change today. Things seem to be working fine. Hubbie should have our new shopping cart up and running by next week. Here's a preview of the rusty frame pack available for $.99 on my design page. You get 10 frames and one embellished zipper frame. Scroll down for the freebie. The freebie is the All Smiles frame for the pack.

I am having such a blast making my new kit. It's tentatively called Denim and Dirt. What do you think? I like it, but I'd love to hear what others think. So far I've finished the papers, completed the patches, made frames, and started some filmstip negatives and tags. I wish I had time off more often I might me able to design more kits!
I'm now offering all the patches for $.99. There are 22 patches in all (14 different versions). I'm still waiting on my computer guru (a.k.a hubbie) to help me set up my zencart. I'll have to keep nagging him. You can buy the patches through a buy it now button on my design page. Click the link on the left or here to go to the purchase page.
Today's freebie is part of the frame set I'm making to go in the kit. I will probably be offering the frames separately and as part of the total kit. I should have them up later in the week, so keep your eyes out for them too. You are getting the All smiles frame as a freebie. Thanks to Atomic Cupcake for the rust action.
Click here to download. I hope you like the frame as much as I do. Leave a little love if you choose to download the frame!

Thanks everyone for you wonderful feedback on the boy ribbon freebie from this weekend. They were so much fun to make. Since I had such a blast doing those, I decide I'd start to make a boy kit. Today's freebie is a result of today's designing. I made several patches and got a great start on some papers for the kit. I couldn't wait to share part of it with you, so I'm giving away three of the patches. They're denim patches with embroidered boy sayings. A big thanks goes out to Atomic Cupcake for her amazing actions.
I also wanted to share with you a layout I received from BeagleSnoopy. She used my zippers in a layout. I just love how she layered so many great elements together. Click here to see credits for this layout. Thanks to BeagleSnoopy for sharing her layout!

Okay, time for the freebie. Please let me know what you think!

Happy weekend all! I'm officially on spring break for the week. We're not heading anywhere warm but it's good to be on break just the same. DH hasn't been working at the company long enough to qualify for paid vacation. Personally, it's nice just to be home. Besides as I look around I know there's more than enough to keep me busy.
Today I have a twisted ribbon freebie for you with boy sayings. I hope you like them. They're made with Monica Larsen's amazing Photoshop action. These were really fun to make. Hopefully I'll have time to use some of them this week.

Well, we've been up since 6:15. John is working first shift hours today, because it is technically a holiday at the plant. He gets paid triple time for going in today. I wish I could get that when I'm working! So far, and it's only 10:30, Gianni and I have attempted to take Easter pictures, make a bunny handprint picture, and colored Easter Eggs. The photo shoot was an absolute disaster. I should know better than to try and take pictures without John. He is the kid wrangler when we do "professional" photo shoots. He gets Gianni to smile and I try to get the picture with a camera with a slow reaction time. I so want I better high end camera...sigh. So needless to say, I didn't get any good pics to make Easter cards. Here's what I ended up with for card possibilities...

and

I so wanted pics of him in is Easter suit, but I may have to go with the pics of him coloring eggs. Let me know what you think. I'd be interested in some objective opinions. The card is made with recent blog freebies. The felt elements are from Anieska's blog. The paper is by Melany Violette.
I also managed to finish my zipper layout with Gianni practicing zipping his coat. Still no zipper book made. Maybe sometime this weekend. :) The red paper is by Roseli Padoveza, Word Art by Tina Chambers, Stitches by Lisa Carter, striped paper and zippers by me, fabric action by Atomic Cupcake.

The layout has the zippers that are a recent freebie of mine. Scroll down for the zippers. Here's a layout that Awaiting did with my zippers. She recolored them. I recolored them in my layout too. Didn't she do a great job? It's fun to see what someone has done with my freebies.
Don't forget to scroll down for the freebies!
