New Freebies and My MB20 pics and more.

Well, I finally got around to scrapping my MB20 concert from last week. The layout was so much fun to do, but quite a departure from what I normally do. It even made the gallery standouts today at DST. My first one ever, so that was pretty cool.

Here's the layout...

You can see the credits here.

Someone asked for more pics of the concert so here's a little slideshow for you. Sorry they aren't better. It's hard to get good concert pics especially from the side.

How Far We've Come is my 2.5 year old's favorite song, so we took a little video on the digital camera for him.

I have also moved three new products to the freebie section of Karla's Kaleidoscope Designs including these fun foil swirls.

You can grab them all here.

Snazzy foil! Thanks for the freebies. Question for you, and boy do I hope you get this quickly because I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to email you...

Home page of your store has a big bold listing of your new licensure...S4H S40...but then in the TOU itself it is very clear that the designs can only be used professionally/commercially for hybrid/paper applications and crafts.

So, 2 questions...1st, does that new tou apply to all of the schtuff in your store? And second, none of the products in your store can be used for creating digital kits/embellishments and sold or given as freebies?

That doesn't seem right, and I'm guessing thats not what you intended, but thats what i'm reading. Could you help me understand this? I would be using (and I'd be thrilled if this was an option for all of the products in your store and not just those in the "commercial" category) primarily elements to create templates..not to be sold as template, but to then be completely customized, and most likely incorporated into a larger whole of a cluster or something like that.

I'm not selling my designs yet, but i am making freebies, and I plan to start selling very soon...so I don't want to buy any products that aren't acceptabe for making and selling personal and commercial digital products.

Hope that makes sense! lol Sorry for the trouble, but i'm a totally broke girl on teensy lil disablity income, so i'm trying to get the very most out of the few dollars I have to spend on getting a design arsenal. So, if you could let me know the answer to those two questions I'd surely appreciate it!

And thanks again for all of the lovely products you've already given me...can't wait to play with em! One more thing just occurred to me. If your entire store is commercial use, does that mean your freebies are as well? And again...i'm not talking about changing the color of something and putting my name on it, of course. We're talking major serious manipulation. Actually, with all i'm planning on doing to some of these bits n pieces they're probably gonna end up outside of copywrite completely because they'll be such a high percentage different from the original image...or at least there used to be a rule like that! lol

Thanks again, and if you could let me know asap about the usage I'd appreciate it!

Have a fantastic thursday, and a rocking weekend!!!
